  • EVENT SUPPORT

    • Assist with event setup and breakdown

    • Welcome and check in guests

    • Help facilitate workshops and activities

    • Keep supplies organized and restocked

    • Support artists and facilitators as needed

    • Help maintain a warm, inclusive, and inviting atmosphere

    • Assist with all food/refreshments

    • Greet visitors during open studio hours

    • Answer general questions about Soul Fly Club and upcoming programs

    • Help maintain the organization and cleanliness of the studio

    • Assist with preparing materials for workshops and events

    • Monitor the lending library and shared creative resources

    • Create a welcoming environment for artists and community members

  • social media managment

    • Assist with content planning and scheduling

    • Post all graphics

    • Create programming ticket links

    • Maintain continuous posting of upcoming programming

    • Write captions aligned with Soul Fly Club's voice and mission

    • Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages

    • Help document programs and build the visual archive of Soul Fly Club
